1. Introduction

Welcome to LeaderEdgeCoach, operated by LeaderEdgeCoach.com (Business ID S4370870A), located at 8 Marina Boulevard #01-01, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, Singapore 018981. These Terms of Service govern your access to our website and your participation in our executive training, business coaching services, info products, and the purchase of any goods.

2. Executive Training and Business Coaching Services

LeaderEdgeCoach offers live sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching designed for corporate leaders and senior executives. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full fees.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

You may request a change of session date at least 7 days before the scheduled start. LeaderEdgeCoach will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests.

2.2 Service Fee Policy

All service fees are due in advance. No partial access will be provided without full settlement of fees.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital courses, recorded workshops, and learning materials (e-books, audio files, and video content). Access is granted via a secure member portal.

3.1 Access Rights

Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing of login credentials is prohibited and may result in suspension of access.

4. Goods

Physical goods may include printed manuals, workbooks, and branded merchandise. All goods are subject to availability and will be shipped to the address you provide.

4.1 Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates. LeaderEdgeCoach is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Payment and Fees

Fees must be paid by approved methods prior to service commencement or product delivery. LeaderEdgeCoach does not hold any client funds beyond the payment of fees for services or products.

6. Cancellation and Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Executive Training and Coaching Services

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the session start date qualify for a full reimbursement credit toward future sessions. Requests received between 7 and 13 days before incur a 50% cancellation charge, with the balance held as a credit valid for 12 months. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and resource allocation.

6.2 Info Products

Requests for reimbursement of digital purchases must be made within 7 days of access activation. Products that have been fully downloaded or accessed for more than 10% of the total content are not eligible for reimbursement.

6.3 Goods

For physical items, you may request an exchange or reimbursement within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on exchanges. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost.

6.4 Method of Reimbursement

Approved reimbursements will be issued as a credit back to your original method of payment or as a credit voucher for LeaderEdgeCoach services, at your option. Processing may take up to 10 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by LeaderEdgeCoach remain the exclusive property of LeaderEdgeCoach. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeaderEdgeCoach’s total liability in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms does not exceed the fees paid for the specific service or product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
